Check-in is between 3:00 – 9:00 pm. Accommodations can be made for an early or late check-in.

Check-out time is 11:00 am. Late check-out based upon availability (note that additional fees may apply).
We are a small Inn, so your booking is very important to us!
Cancellations need to be made one week prior to arrival by 3:00 pm to incur no charge of the nightly rate, only a $25 fee. Any reservations canceled or modified within 7 days prior to arrival will be charged the total booking amount. If we are able to rebook the room, we will provide a refund less a $25 fee. No-shows, early departures, and same-day cancellations are responsible for the full amount of the stay.
Room rates do not include a 6% state tax, an 8% city tax and a $3 occupancy tax. Rates are for one to two guests per room. Up to two additional guests may be added to some rooms at a rate of $30 per person, per night. A full breakfast, wifi and parking for one vehicle is included in the room rate. Please notify us of any additional guests prior to arrival so that we can make your stay as pleasant as possible. Note that many rooms have a two-person maximum occupancy.
We prefer cash or personal check (with photo identification), for final payment, but we also accept Visa, MasterCard or Discovery. Your credit card information is stored and processed securely.
Please enter our private off-street parking via the circular driveway on the right side of the Inn. Parking is complimentary.
Sorry, we do not accept pets. Monty, Lexi and Allie, the three resident Shih Tzus ask that they be the only four-legged guests in residence.
At Page House Inn we proudly offer our guests a serene and relaxing retreat where guests enjoy a quiet and private stay. For this reason, we welcome well-behaved children 10 years and older.
For the comfort of our guests, we are a smoke and vape free inn. A fee of $150.00 will be charged should you smoke within the house, or on the rooftop terrace.
Due to its historic significance, this Inn has not been retrofitted to accommodate persons with disabilities under the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 ("ADA"), and therefore, does not feature ADA accessible parking spaces or accessible routes from entrances to guest check-in, guest rooms or common areas to accommodate persons with disabilities.

Damage to Property
Guests are responsible for all damage to property that is deemed outside of normal use and wear. While it is understood that occasional accidents do happen, it is the responsibility of our guests to use items in a manner that is consistent with proper use and handling of such items. Neglectful use or need for additional cleaning may incur an additional fee.
